Main aims of the project:
The main aim of the project is to improve the competencies of youth workers from 5 program countries to successfully work with young people through non-formal education methods on entrepreneurship as a way to combat youth unemployment and promote active participation in the labour market in partners countries.
Objectives
Specific objectives of the project:
- To build a set of personal skills such as leadership, time management skills, problem-solving, communication, motivation and self-motivation
- To assist internalize these skills in order to further convey their importance with confidence and personal examples
- To promote a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial attitude;
- To develop competences necessary for youth workers to deliver quality entrepreneurial education and ways to tackle key points in business development;
-To explore how globalization and modern technology influence on the business environment and how it shapes modern business model
- To exchange good practices in youth entrepreneurship;
- To introduce business models and practical type of business plans;
-to create promotional and useful material for youth workers about entrepreneurship
-to promote Erasmus+ program
