About The Project
The training took place in Eskisehir, Turkey, and was organized as a response to the ongoing migration challenges in Europe. Its aim was to empower youth workers to use intercultural dialogue as a tool to combat intolerance toward migrants, foster mutual understanding, and contribute to more inclusive communities across Europe.
Objectives
The course focused on the following goals:

Fostering tolerance, open-mindedness, and respect toward migrants in youth work.

Reflecting on the realities of emigration and immigration in the participating countries by exploring the push and pull factors of migration.

Analyzing current migration challenges in Europe and proposing solutions from a youth work perspective.

Sharing experiences and best practices in working with young people with migrant backgrounds.

Developing ideas for follow-up projects and future international cooperation.
