During the project “Millennial Entrepreneurs’’ we will learn about youth entrepreneurship and how to put our entrepreneurial ideas into action. As well, we will explore how IT technologies influence on modern business models, how young people can use it to improve their businesses and what consequences it has on global business environment.
The main aim of project is to educate, empower and improve competences of 40 young people
interested to start own business on entrepreneurship through non-formal education as a way to
combat youth unemployment and promote active participation in democratic life and the labour market in participating countries. In order to address the issues and needs of organisations, youth and their local communities as well as to reach its aim the project has the following
- Raise awareness about youth entrepreneurship
- To foster deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and what it means to be an entrepreneur;
- To develop a set of personal skills as leadership, problem solving, time management skills, self-motivation;
- To introduce business models and practical type of business plans;
- To exchange good practices in starting-up in partner countries;
-to learn how digital technology and globalization as global phenomenon influence on modern
business model, what are opportunities and treats of it and how young people can benefit of it and improve their business
- Promote Erasmus+ Programme and identify available resources for young entrepreneurs
