About The Project
The main idea of carrying out the youth exchange ‘Think, Write, Achieve, Repeat!’ is to increase the entrepreneurial mindset of young people, including the young people with fewer opportunities, while improving their competencies in writing quality Erasmus+ KA1 projects, that will represent the young people’s needs, and will provide a chance for them to work directly on those issues.
Objectives of the project
Developing soft skills of participants: mostly focused on communication, problemsolving, critical thinking, teamwork, leadership, and conflict management in intercultural environment.
Equipping participants with a set of competencies, knowledge, insights, advice from experience, and ideas, essential for successful Erasmus+ project management (identifying and selecting the most suitable partners, ensuring visibility and dissemination of the project’s results, involvement of participants in all project phases, involvement of participants with fewer opportunities, selecting the group leaders and proper preparation of all participants, developing sustainable results etc.)
Increasing the knowledge and understanding of young people about the new Erasmus+ Programme, especially the Key Action 1
